Or: donovanosis / Granuloma inguinale , a slowly progressive ulcerative disease of the skin and lymphatics of the genital and perianal area caused by infection with Calymmatobacterium granulomatis; not truly a sexually transmitted disease as it is seen in children and sexually inactive adults.
